All request for Hero Cards must be sent with a Large Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.  Hero Cards are full page (8-1/2″ x 11″) and printed on heavy card stock.  Please include the correct amount of postage on your return envelopes.  We can only send 3 Hero Cards per envelope, so include multiple return envelopes if you need more than 3.  Please send all Hero Card Request to:
